Who we are

Drozan (“Drozan”, “we”, “us”) operates the websites at drozan.com and drozan.in and publishes mobile applications under the Drozan name. For anything in this policy, you can reach us at hello@drozan.com.

Information we collect

On our websites

• Information you send us. If you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, company (if you provide it) and the content of your message.
• Analytics data. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used — pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and referring source. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser for this purpose.

In our mobile applications

Each Drozan application declares exactly what it collects in its Google Play data safety section, and any app-specific notice takes precedence over this page. As a general rule our apps are designed to keep data on your device, and we do not collect personal information unless a feature genuinely requires it.

How we use information

• To reply to enquiries and provide the services you ask for.
• To operate, support and improve our websites and applications.
• To understand aggregate usage patterns through analytics.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Legal bases

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on legitimate interests to operate and secure our services and to respond to enquiries you initiate; on consent for analytics cookies where consent is required; and on legal obligation where the law requires us to retain records.

Service providers

We use a small number of providers to run this service, each with access limited to what their function requires:

• Vercel — website hosting and delivery.
• Cloudflare — DNS and network protection.
• Google Analytics — website usage measurement.
• Google Play — application distribution and crash reporting.
• Email provider — receiving and replying to your messages.

Cookies

Our websites use cookies set by Google Analytics to distinguish visitors and measure sessions. They are not required for the site to function — you can block or delete them in your browser settings, or use a browser-level opt-out, without losing access to any content.

Data retention

Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as we have an active or prospective relationship with you, and then for the period required for our records. Analytics data is retained according to the retention period configured in Google Analytics, currently 14 months.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email hello@drozan.com and we will respond within the period the applicable law allows. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

Our services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

International transfers

We are based in India and our providers operate globally, so your information may be processed outside your country. Where required, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Security

We apply the same practices we recommend to clients: encryption in transit, least-privilege access, managed secret storage and regular review. No system is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously and will notify affected users of any breach that legally requires it.

Changes

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date at the top. Material changes will be highlighted on the site.
