Acceptance

By using drozan.com, drozan.in or any application published by Drozan, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

What this site is

These websites describe Drozan’s consulting services and the mobile products we build. Content here is general information, not professional advice for your specific systems. An engagement begins only when we have a signed written agreement — nothing on this site is an offer or a binding commitment on its own.

Use of our applications

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use our applications for their intended purpose. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract our source code, except where the law expressly permits it.
• Use the applications to break any law, or to infringe anyone’s rights.
• Interfere with, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
• Redistribute, resell or sublicense the applications.

Applications distributed through Google Play are also subject to Google’s own terms.

Intellectual property

The Drozan name, logo, site content and application code are owned by Drozan and protected by intellectual property law. Nothing here transfers ownership to you. Work produced for a client under a consulting agreement is governed by that agreement, not this page.

Third-party links

Our sites and apps may link to services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, practices or availability.

Availability

We aim to keep everything running, but we provide our websites and applications “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of them at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drozan is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of our websites or applications. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, for the service in question.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Drozan against claims arising from your misuse of our websites or applications or your breach of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute — except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after we post an update means you accept the revised version.
